Born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay, Shirley began her love affair with the harp at the early age of nine. She has shared her passion for the instrument with audiences all over the world . Her repertoire ranges from soft familiar melodies to lively ethnic rhythms covering the cultural spectrum from Greek, Italian, New Flamenco and Pop to her own Latin roots.

As a featured entertainer, Shirley combines high-energy music with engaging performance skills. Her main stage show is arranged for a five to seven piece orchestra and also solo performances.

A prolific composer she plays her own music in addition to her rendition of popular tunes and standards using the Paraguayan harp and the French Electro Harp

She has recorded six compact disks and her music is aired often on WTMI ,(FL).

 Most recently, Shirley returned from 105 day World Cruise on the Radisson seven Seas Navigator. Prior to that, also for Radisson, she was contracted aboard the Paul Gauguin and the Seven Seas Mariner where she consistently rated at the top of the entertainment standings.
